The PDP Candidate for Abia Central Senatorial District, Col. Austin Akobundu (Rtd) has presented campaign vehicles to the six Local Government Area Coordinators of his Campaign Council. 

The LGAs that benefitted from the exercise are Ikwuano, Isiala Ngwa South, Isiala Ngwa North, Osisioma, Umuahia North, and Umuahia South.

Presenting the vehicles to the Campaign Coordinators in Umuahia,  Akobundu noted that the vehicles will aid them in carrying out their assignments in their respective local government areas

The PDP Abia Central Senatorial hopeful also handed a Toyota Hummer Bus to the Media/Publicity and Protocol Unit of his Campaign Council headed by a veteran Journalist, Chief Uche Nwosu.

 

The Local Government Area Coordinators are:

1. Rear Admiral Ralph Osondu (Rtd) - Ikwuano.

2. Chief B.S.I. Onuigbo - Umuahia North.

3. Sir Tony Ezebuiro - Umuahia South.

4. Chief G.C. Iwuoha - Isiala Ngwa North.

5. Sir Emeka Achilefu - Isiala Ngwa South.

6. Chief Dan Onwutuebe - Osisioma Ngwa. 

The Director General of Akobundu Campaign Council, Pastor Emeka Inyama, his Deputy, Elder Sam Njoku, the Administrative Secretary of Akobundu Campaign Council, Pastor Ekeleme Ikeije, the commissioner for Intergovernmental Affairs for Governmental Affairs, Hon. Obinna Okey were among the dignitaries which witnessed the event.
